After being branded a natural in front of the cameras by top TV producers, Shanie landed her first big presenting job, covering backstage interviews at 'Wireless Festival' for MTV’s show ‘The Wrap Up’.
Most recently she presented the artist interviews for LadBible at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend & Sziget Festival as well as hosted the red carpet for ITV & Marks & Spencer at the premiere for their brand new TV show 'Dress The Nation'.
Shanie has led programmes for Fashion TV, GRM Daily and a guest spot on NBC's The Today Show. Throughout her career, Shanie has hosted live events for The BFI, Nike, FFG Charity Gala, London Fashion Week & Black Tech Fest.
Shanie also hosted 'Your Cinema' in association with Vue Cinema, which is a popular live event where she is able to show off her incredible interviewing skills and bubbly charming personality having interviewed some huge actors from both film and television including Oscar & 2 x Bafta award winning actor Daniel Kaluya, Dr Who's Tosin Cole & Mandip Gill, Top Boy's Noel Clarke & Ashley Walters, Homelands David Harewood, Snowfalls' Damson Idris & The Maze Runner's Aml Ameen.
RADIO PRESENTER
If you haven't caught Shanie live or on camera then you may have heard her voice through your airwaves. She has previously presented the weekend breakfast show on Rinse 106.FM & Breakfast on Select Radio 99.3FM. However, Shanie then joined the presenting team at Global Radio's Capital Xtra 96.9FM.
PODCAST HOST
In October 2019 Shanie launched her podcast 'Influence Me' which is available to listen to on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and all major listening platforms. 'Influence Me' was named as one of the Radio Times top 20 podcast to listen to in 2020.
Guests include Sophie Tea, Nakita Johnstone, Jamie Jewitt, Jourdan Rianne, Lewys Ball, Mariah Idrissi, Adebayo Akinfenwa.
Shanie is a fully qualified Beauty Expert with over 18 years experience and is a regular on the world's most watched shopping network QVC. She was also recently asked to become a regular on the Australian version of the channel called TVSN which sees her regularly flying to Sydney Australia to share her vast beauty knowledge during their live shows, prior to this she was a regular on both QVC Italy & Germany.
Shanie has represented the UK's number one nail care brand 'Nails Inc' for nearly a decade now and In 2023 Shanie was announced as a brand Ambassador and on screen talent for the 'ESHO' brand, an award winning beauty line formulated by industry leader Dr Esho. and his award-winning ESHO clinic.
